G&M limo services requires a non-refundable 50% deposit on all reservations, at the time making reservation.
A invoice will be generated for customer to ensure all information correctly stated. Customer must sign the invoice and return fax or email it back to Us within 24 hours to guarantee the reservation.
Cancellation requires 14 days prior notice. Otherwise full charge applies to the client's credit card in file.
We provide service based on that information printed on signed invoice. Additional charge applies for additional service if applicable such as extra hour, extra passenger, travel to outside the DC metro area and waiting time for airport service.
Credit card holder is responsible for any damages to the vehicle if caused by any member of party during service time, including clean up fee for any spillage, vomit, gum, candy, food, etc...
Credit card holder agrees that if any member of party is using any illegal drugs, smoking, fighting, or any other conduct, considered inappropriate by the driver, driver is under strict order to terminate service immediately or return all passengers to the starting point.
G&M limo services is not responsible for any items left in our vehicles. Additional charge applies for returning items to the customer.
Customer understand that G&M limo services has NO REFUND policy for any reason after service done.
Rates are subject to change at anytime without notice, this will not apply to existing and confirmed reservations.
